Your truth is that you are a Spiritual Being in the embodiment of a physical matrix.

Illusion is the primary part of the physical experience in the 3rd dimension.

Take into consideration that illusion has been embedded into the consciousness of the human race since the time of feeling a separation. Your folklore calls it "the fall".

We now suggest a process that was given to the channel in a meditative state.

Take a few minutes in quiet time or in a meditation.

See yourself, in your minds eye, see your physical body surrounded with an ethereal presence of THE LIGHT PRESENCE. See it all around you.

In truth, The Light Divine Presence is NOT separate.

As you see that Ethereal Divine Presence, know it to be your Truth, or Spiritual Essence.

See an inverted pyramid that has its point touching your crown energy center.

See all of that Spiritual Presence/Essence pouring from the illusionary outside and around you, see it pouring in through the point that is focused on your crown center.

Become The LIGHT Presence, Be The LIGHT Presence, it is all ONE.

We suggest doing this process daily throughout the next several weeks.
